Snapshot Vs. PDF

Tammy

Hi - I'm trying to figure out if exporting in one format is better than the
other. Can someone explain why I would export as a Snapshot over a PDF, or
vice versa? They both seem to do the same thing...

Just trying to figure out if installing the Snapshot viewer on all of our
computers is worth the effort. Everyone already has Acrobat installed.

We use Access 2007.

Thanks!

Everyone already has Acrobat
installed.

And that would be the biggest difference. Most people have a viewer for
PDF, but not for SNP.

Correct. And some IT departments won't install the Snapshot Viewer.

Also were you aware of Stephen's free solution? A2000ReportToPDF is
an Access 2000 database containing a function to convert Reports and
Snapshot files to PDF documents. No PDF Printer driver is required.
