snapshot viewer problem

I have a database on the network drive. I can send snapshot reports from
computer a with no problem.

When I open the database from computer b, the snapshot reports are
distorted. A typical one page report splits into 2. The font sizes haven't
changed, but the perspective of the report has.

Anybody have any ideas?

The default printer driver is used both in the creation of the snp file and in
the viewing. The default driver on the second PC might not support the margins
you have the report set to so it spills over to another page.

so making sure the drivers are the same on both pcs would be a good
place to start?

They don't have to be the same, but if you design a report on your PC and
give it .25 inch margins all the way around (which your printer supports),
make an SNP file from that report, and then try to view it on a PC where the
default printer does not support margins that small then the view will be
messed up.
