"Snap-To" mouse action doesn't work in dialog boxes

Such as "Are you sure" when you empty Junk Folders, empty deleted files

No biggie, but if developers are watching thay might look into this. Or is
it by design?
 
I have no idea what you mean. You might try explaining it a bit.

Steve, I think the OP is referring to when one sets the mouse to
automatically move the pointer to the default button in a dialog box. It
doesn't work in WinMail at all.
