I found some kind of bug in windows: I cannot send email via email client(I tried a banch of them). There is no problem sending in web
browser( but it doesn't suites me). The problem is the need of authentication then sending email (which doesn't work propely). My solving of
problem is to write ISP's smtp server not server there you are sending(in general itt work). At the end I must admit that in Linux there is no
such problem there authentication work propely.

What you're trying to say is that your outgoing mail requires smtp
authentication and doesn't handle it well? Please advise your version of
Outlook, what troubleshooting steps you've taken, and any errors you've
received. This information would be very helpful in trying to assist you.

OE>Tools>Accounts>Mail>Acct Properties>Server tab>Mark "Outgoing server
requires....">Settings>Mark - "use same settings as...."

Since it seems to work for most other people, I'd say the bug isn't in
Windows, but, perhaps, your understanding of how this function is supposed
to work.
