why is it microsoft are happy to sell you a product but
when it comes to geting the product to work i find that i
need patches such as SMS2003-RTM-KB831648-X86-ENU.exe from
event 4356... dose any one know where i can get it.. apart
from microsoft that want money of me to correct a problem
that they have cuased..
