smoothly resizing a listBox with my form

Hi,
I have a listBox control on my form, and it is anchored to some of the
sides. When I resize my entire form, the listBox resizes less nicely
than the other controls.

The length of the listBox seems to jump around, due to the size of the
row elements inside.

Is there a way to make a listBox control resize smoothly, without the
discrete jump every time it grows large enough to accomodate a new row?
