smooth scrolling

Whenever I scroll up or down, whether in windows or in the net,,, it looks
like a wave is travelling up/down the page?,, how do I corect this,, "smooth
scroll" is checked under tools/internet options etc

Right click a blank area of the desktop | Properties | Settings |
Advanced | Troubleshoot. Decrease the Hardware acceleration setting by
moving the slider to the left. If one or two do it, fine. If moving it
quite a bit does it then try updating the drivers for the video card.
Of if reducing the Hardware acceleration doesn't work then update the
video card drivers. Get the drivers from the hardware manufacturer's
web site if it's a retail card, from the Computer vendor's web site if
it's an OEM computer from a large vendor like Dell or HP, or from the
motherboard manufacturer's web site. Follow the directions explicitly
in upgrading the driver. Post back with the results.
