SMIME.P7S attachment on Outlook 2003

I received a smime.p7s as attachment on a e-mail on Outllok 2003 and the body
is showed as blank.
Using webmail or using Thunderbird the message is correctly interpreted as a
digitally signed e-mail and the body text is showed.
If in Outlook i FWD the message to myself Outlook is able to open the
message and the originally body.
What i need to do for Outlook interpreted the e-mail at first time?

If you are scanning incoming mail with an antivirus program, uninstall it and
reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. Test again.
