So exactly what is the problem ? You can't get Smileys on
the screen. Perhaps you should talk to the Smileys
vendor, this does not sound like a Windows XP problem.

I saw on the XP-Basic Newsgroup the comment that "Smiley Central" is a
come-on for 'spyware.' Perhaps it is best to resist the temptation.
