Smartphone Emulator Install Problem

I've been developing a Windows Mobile 3.0 Smartphone application. I want to
target the Blackjack (320x240) Landscape.

Problem - Downloaded and installed the landscape emulator image without any
problems but the new emulator image does not show up as an option in Visual
Studio 2005.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Running Vista, latest patches, etc
