Smart Security Hijack

Man I am stumped on this one...
I picked up something ...aside from the pop ups changing
my homepage and putting a nasty red desktop with an ad
for Smart Security ( supposed to be a product to prevent
what its doing). It has locked out the ability to make
changes to the desktop and simply cant get rid of this
thing. I have run Norton Anti-virus with latest updates,
MS Anti Spyware and Spybot. I have a Hijack log.
D**n I need help with this one bad
