Small program to send files.

Does anyone know of a small free program/utiltiy that can email small
spreadsheets to my email - one that can be run from the command prompt?

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
 
Logparser is generating csv files from the system event log.

I want to email them to me on a schedule.

They will be pretty small since I am filtering out all but errors.
