I am operating under Win XP Pro with all updates. I am using Win Pro Start
menu. As you know, we can pin some programs above the line. I used to be
able to remove these programs by Right clicking my mouse and among the
choices that would pop-up I would pick Remove. And presto, the program would
be removed.

Now when I right click the mouse button in order to remove one of these
programs on the Start menu, absolutely nothing comes up, no choices
whatsoever. Thanks to my sons!!!!

I also noticed another occasion where no choices appear when I right click
the mouse. Suppose I click Start + All programs + Games + Freecel and then I
Right-click in order to remove it, no choices come up; it is dead.

Yet Right clicking under Window Explorer and or on the Desktop always bring
up a choices of options.

I do not know what my kids did nor do they know so I have no idea how to
correct this.

Can someone help?

Many thanks,

Zonzon

Right click the Start button and, from the drop down menu, select
Properties. The star menu properties window will open. Click the Customise
button. In the customise start menu window click the Advanced tab. You will
see a list of start menu items. Make sure a tick is placed in the box next
to the Enable dragging and dropping option.
