small image at end of each line

I added a small image at the end of each line in my slide.
When I tried to add another line in the middle of my silde, my images are
dispersed and cannot find my images at the end of each line.
How to align my image at end of each line?

Which version of PPT are you using?

Could you clarify what you mean by "images are dispersed" and "cannot find
my images"? Do the images disappear?
