Small form factor PC - ideas ?

Yes, a laptop comes to mind but before I buy a second hand one as funds
are limited just wondered what else I could think of.
For a kids room, flat screen - 15" is fine, h/d disk minimal, cdrom,
wireless connection and able to support xp pro - I have that, so no OS
required.
Cheers for any replies.
