Small fonts on drop down list

I created a drop down list, but the font size of the list is extremely small
(almost unreadable). The cell from which the drop down is called is Arial 16
pt, and the source cells are also Arial 16 pt. But the resulting drop down
list is scrunched to less than 4 pt.

How do I fix this?
