HELLO. WITHIN A CELL I HAVE 12 NUMBERS. I NEED TO REDUCE
THIS BY REMOVING THE FIRST 4, AND I NEED TO MOVE THE LAST
DIGIT TO THE FRONT. HOW CAN I DO THIS. I HAVE A LIST OF
12,000!
THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Try this next to the cell with 12 digits.
=CONCATENATE(RIGHT(B2,1),LEFT(RIGHT(B2,9),8))

With your data in Col A starting A1, in B1

=--(RIGHT(A1)&MID(A1,5,7))

and copy down

Copy Col B and paste special as values.

That formula removes the first 3 numbers only..

=RIGHT(B2,1)&MID(B2,5,7)
