Slow Video Clip load on some computers and not on others

The RAM varies from 320MB to 1GB. However, the issue still
occurs on a 2.8 Ghz DELL with 1GB. Any other ideas?

I am having this exact same problem. Has this been rectified? If not could someone help me please. I can't get around this and it's driving me crazy. Thanks alot
