slow typing?

Can someone help me fix this problem? When a page loads
such as a message board or paying online bills that has
boxes to type in, why is it taking forever to click to
them, and for my words to show up after I type them? This
has just started and I'm not sure why. I ran defrag, scan
disk, virus checker ect.. and nothing is working. I even
tried resetting my IE settings back to what they started
out as. Nothing is working. Help!! Please e mail me if you
can help me. Thanks!!
