Slow system

Hello, I have no clue what is going on with my computer
just one day it starting running very slow it took aleast
4 min to bring up a any programs The startup it also
taking very long. I download msconfig for win200 pro and
made sure nothing was starting up with my computer and its
still running super slow. Any clues?

If you have not changed any software or hardware at the time the problem
started happening, you may have a virus. Upgrade your antivirus
software and do a full scan. If you don't have any antivirus software,
McAfee or Norton are good choices.
