Slow speed with Add or Remove Programs

When I click "Add or Remove Programs" icon, it took almost 10 min before it
started to populate.
It used to take in a matter of few seconds in the past. It seems that I
need a kind of patch to fix this inconvenient problem.
Please let me know how to fix. TIA. Craig

Craig, if you click on your items it will show if you use that software
often or not. If not, then why don't you dump it? Maybe you have too
much in there right now? Mine has 53 items and takes a few seconds to
show. How many do you have?
