Slow Shutdown/Restart

I have the same problem many people have on the Fourms.
But the problem is, is that I cannot find a solution to
the problem. You have heard the story..When i try to
reboot or Shutdown it hangs on "Windows is shuting
down". I have tried ALOT and basicly just have been
posting continusly trying to get a accurate response.
