Slow Proformance

Help. I have problems with gams palying fine for a minute or two, and the
crawling for about 30 seconds. I've tried ad-ware, compact ehlp site and all
trouble shooting, but no help can be found.
 
Are your games online or offline? Make sure that your Internet connection is
not running other programs in the background on you taking your bandwith
(spybot search and destroy will help this). If they are off line same applies
to other programs running or check your RAM -you may simply just not have
enough.
