Slow printing of PayPal emails from within Outlook 2007

For some strange reason we are getting some clients of ours reporting
that printing is slow when printing PayPal emails from within Outlook
2007, it pauses for while (approx 6 seconds) before printing

Any ideas appreciated

We have also tried this on 3 machines, 1 of which is XP Pro SP2 and
other 2 were Vista ULTIMATE (all 32 bit)
