Slow presentations in MS Producer

Does anyone know whats the problem when a MS PowerPoint Producer presentation
takes about 20 minutes befere its possible to jump around in the index? Ive
filmed a lecture for about 2 hours and 20 minutes. It takes 4 min to load and
start and then 15 more minutes before the index to react on klickings.
