Slow over Network

Our Access 2000 is running very slow over the network.
We have never had this problem before. We have recently
relocated and have all new computers. Any tips on
troubleshooting reasons for it being so slow?
 
Is it split? Does each user have the Front-end on their desktop? Is the
back-end Access or SQL Server? How many users? Has anything been upgraded,
such as O/S, hubs, switches, etc?
