slow log on

For some reason I'm experiencing a very slow log on.
(approx 5 min) Only one user is logged on at a time and
it's still slow. Any advise?

1) There is patch for this according to ms login's screen get's hanged up
2) visit http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
3)always defrag you drivers atleast a month as recommended by ms
