Slow IE

Can anyone help me out?
My internet explorer is very slow. I have a broadband
connection and my ISP says that i am conneted at a very
high rate but for some reason when i click or open a web
page it takes a while for the page to load. This even
happens when i go back to a page that i have already
viewed. I have contacted the manufacturer of the computer
but they have not been able to help. If anyone can help me
out that would be great. Thanks

start>run>msconfig.startup tab and see how many Items
Click to expand...
are running in the background - could be your ram is
being all used up.
