SLOW "File Open" and "File Save AS"

Whenever I'm inside MS Office or Outlook, and I do a "File
Save As" or a "File OPen", it seems to take forever before
I get the directory listing.

Any ideas???
 
If you're running Windows XP SP1, I've found that hotfix
821557 for XP fixes those issues and others quite well.
