This problem only happens in OUTLOOK. It does not happen in Outlook Express (my news reader). Nor does it happen in any other program. When I type something, it takes up to 15 seconds for whatever I typed to appear. That's very aggravating. It doesn't happen ALL the time, but when it starts happening, it happens consistently. The problem sometimes goes away for a while, but then it eventually returns. What can be causing this annoyance?
Check if word and other office applications are having the same issue. Try safe mode of windows and see whether the same problem occurs there as well.
Looks like the display drivers might havr to be reinstalled. Do you also remember when you started facing this issue?
