Slow Connectivity

I have a Windows 2003 server with a Gigabit nic card connected to a Gigabit
Switch which is then unlinked to a 100 mbps switch. How do I troubleshoot a
slow connection from other machines not on the Giga switch to this server?

do a pathping or tracert (from the command line) from the workstations to the
server. It will give you stats about your connection.
