G Guest May 25, 2004 #3 Some DSL providers have fixed download plans, thus when you hit your monthly maximum usage they allow you access but at a very slow rate Is this your case If not check for worms and viruses.

Click to expand... check for sasser or other virri, locally alot of machines were running IE very poorly, and all were sympatico DSL, formating and new norton nav 2k4 prevented it from happening again
