Since I installed some Windows updates recently, I have
found browsing to be MUCH slower than normal. It seems
to be worse if I've left my computer on a couple hours
then go back to re-connect. It takes over 3 MINUTES for
the browser to come up...and FORGET about switching
webpages! What is causing this? Or, more importantly,
what can I do? My computer was always fast...I'm still
connecting at the normal speed, it just seems my computer
is reacting MUCH, MUCH slower than normal! I didn't have
this slow speed even when I had a 28.8 modem!

Arnold,

Thanks for the tip. I'm downloading it now. Even if
that's not the problem, which it very well could be, it
does seem like a nice feature to have.

Sincerely,
Christina

Arnold,

You were right...my computer was LOADED with spyware,
which was honestly quite suprising to me as I like to
think I'm careful about the websites I visit. Thanks for
the advise, and I do encourage everyone to install this
on their computers. What you will find may shock you.

Christina
