Slow 2000 database in 2002.

We have a very large Access 2000 database with tables stored separately. All
forms and reports run fin in Access 2000 and 2003. However a form that takes
10 seconds to load in 2000, takes over 2 minutes to load in 2002. Does
anywone have any information on why this might be happening?
