Is there easy way to create slideshow in FrontPage. I
found Chris Leed's post about XP. I have Windows XP but
don't know how to incorporate slideshow from it into
FP2002. I have PowerPoint but have not explored that yet.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Okay, I overlooked the Insert Picture, New Photo Gallery
option in FP2002. But now when I try to set up the slide
show, I got a whole slew of JS errors- object not found.

do a search for XP PowerToys it's a free add-in for windows xp that makes a
pretty cool slide show. you might also want to look at www.photomeister.com
it does some real cool "galleries".

come back if you get into a jam deploying the output of any of these
utilities into a FrontPage web.

Hi Susan,

Define slide show -- it means different things to different people.

You may wish to take a look at J-Bots Slide Show image component or J-Bots Add Banner component. Both produce a "Slide Show"

Maybe you could help me with how to use these community
newsgroups. When using IE to access the newsgroups (not
the newsreader-Outlook Express, etc.) and doing a Search
for a subject, etc. Is there a way to view the thread of a
post. I get frustrated just clicking on a post and then I
want to see the responses to the post, but feel like I am
hunting and pecking. Wish I could view the thread.

I tried to download and install the "CD Slide Show
Generator" but I could only get the Readme beside the
Progams =>PowerTools for Windows XP to view and nothing
to start the application. I then tried to download and
install the "HTML Slide Show" and that seems to work. I
got the Readme and the Slide Show Wizard. Is the "HTML
Slide Show" what you recommend?

html slideshow. sorry about that it's been a while. if you need help
getting it into fp come back, maybe make anew post.
