slide show on web page

I have a web page with pictures on it, I would like to have a slide show
start automaticly when the link is selected and close power point and return
to the web page when finished. is this possible?

Yes, let me suggest. Save your slide show as "*.pps" then on your Webpage
link it to where you saved your "*.pps". [<a href="../*.pps">]. This will
play as powerpointshow and not on your webpage.
 
Right. Save your presentation as PPS, which will automatically play and end.
But it's not recommended becoz your audience must have PowerPoint viewer
installed at least to play the show.

I just suggest using the Flash format in a web page. You may read an guide
