Look in the generated (and arbitrarily named) photoalbum folder(s), then carefully edit them in an image editor (make backups) name the new file with the old file name...rename the old file so you can go back if you want to. They're .gifs btw.
I haven't done this, but I have with other theme graphics, so it should work.
