Slide Move Arrows

How do I put arrows on each slide to allow a reader to move slides forward or
backward as they want? I am creating a Flash presentation to be viewed from
a web site and I want the reader to be able to back up and review any slide
they want to or to move forward and skip slides if they want.

Simplest way is to add action buttons.
To do so, click AutoShapes button located on the drawing toolbar.
Then click Action Buttons and select the button you want.
Draw it onto the slide and the action settings will automatically appear.
Click ok.

To modify action settings, right click on the button, select Action Settings.

Forgotten to tell you that you can add it onto the action buttons onto the
slide master so that they will appear on every slide.
To do so, click View > Master > Slide Master.
Once you are done adding the buttons, click Close Master View.
