Sleep mode...freezes

Hello everyone. I need some help. I have Windows XP
(not that it matters)but when I'm done using my computer
it goes into sleep mode. However, when I want to use the
computer later on the whole thing is frozen. I have to
push the reset button on the tower. Anyone have any
suggestions? Thanks.

Just to let you know, I just posted the same problem
under Standy By Feature. Hope we can get an answer
