Skytown problem...if it is not fixed..MSAS has caused more than it solved...

Everytime when Microsoft AntiSpyware loads I get error
messages that a problem occured to "skytown". I tried to
locate it with msconfig and shut it down but there was no
such an option. So now I am bombarded with the notice
every few seconds... this is driving me insane!
