sku011.cab not found error when installing Office SP1 or SP2

Help ...

I do not have my original disk.
I wish to install a service pack (SP1 for Office 2003)
I also cannot install Business Conact Manager (Yes I have Office Professional)
The same problem occurs when trying to install this.
When I try to do this install I am told I need sku011.cab file
This file is not on CD or anywhere on my pc
Is there something I can do to get around this?
Delete a file or replace with this file from somewhere?
Please help.

P.S. Although this seems to be a common problem (from searching Google) I am
sure there would be a workaround for this other than making it necessary to
have the CD from the original installation which is unlikely yo have this
file anyway?

Hi Tim,

For the above mentioned error message you need to remove and reinstall
Office 2003 after which you would require the media
