skipping blank fields when printing a report

I have a report that has blank fields in some of the records. How DO I keep
from printing a blank line when there is no info in the field. Ex: some
addresses have two lines for streets and others have only one line. I do not
want a blank line for those who only have one street line.
 
Change the properties "can grow", "can shrink" to TRUE
The fields properties and the properties of section where the fields are
