"skip" or "Deny"?

I keep getting a dialog box from Windows Defender about unwanted downloads
that are installing themselvs on my computer. The options in the dialog box
are "skip" and "deny".
What do these options mean? Which should I choose if I don`t want the
program to download on my computer?

Thanks!

SKIP=An act of passing over something; an omission.

DENY=To decline to grant or allow

Choose DENY
