Skins ???

Someone sent me an email with emoticons, etc. Now I keep getting a message
box each time I get on the internet "Select skin file". Its looking for some
file. I have to click "Cancel" each time to get rid of the box. Its driving
me crazy. HELP. Any ideas as to how to get rid of the message?

Uninstall the spyware emoticons application, to start.

I ran LavaSoft Personal SE and Spykiller and any spyware was quarantined and
removed. However, I am still getting the pop-up window to "select the skins
file". Any other suggestions??
