If you are looking to use a proxy server while browsing the web, in Internet
Explorer go to the Tools menu and choose Options. Click the Connections tab
and click the LAN Settings button. Under 'Proxy server', check the box and
enter the details of the server into their respective areas.

Matt how on earth did you come to that conclusion that that is what they
were asking about? Or did you just guess? :)

You've already had several replies to your two prior, and equally
incomprehensible, posts on this topic. As I replied to you in at least one
of them, you need to give us a lot more detail if you wish for help.
