Sizing of Window

Does anyone now how to "reset" the IE Windows Size - it
appears that the changes I make to the window size are
not being kept because when I go into IE next time the
size is different.

have only one window open and size it.
then use file - exit (not x)
open new window.

do a check for spyware/malware.
spybot/ad-aware or anti-virus software.

Open a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
