Sizing labels

Hi all
I have a database that prints labels for our products. A problem occurs if
the product name is long and extends over two lines of text. This knocks
the label sizing out and we end up with the next row of labels being blank.
I have tried setting the text box properties to Can Grow = No and Can Shrink
No but all that does is cut the end off the text. Is there a way of fixing
the size of one label so that it does not overspill and stop the next one
from printing? Is there a way to make the font size fill the space
available i.e. grow or shrink to fit?
While I am here I am looking at adding a facility to the db so that I can
select which labels to print and how many copies of each label. The problem
that I would like some pointers or suggestions on are:- How to get the
labels to print consecutively so 4 of one label is directly followed by 6 of
the next label and so on. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
