I got two tables in an excel sheet.
Is it possible to change the sizes of the cells in one table without
changing the cells in the other table? Is there a way to isolate the cells in
one of the tables from the other table?

Any rows or columns that are shared by the tables will be the same size in
both tables.

To 'isolate' the tables, you'll need to move one so that the two tables do
not share any row(s) or column(s).

In addition to JLatham's point, if you need the two tables to be stacked
vertically or aligned horizontally for printing purposes, then follow his
instructions first to set up your tables so they look right. When done, use
the Camera tool to copy one of the tables as a picture, then paste it next
to, or below, the other table.

You can also access the Copy as Picture command (i.e. the Camera tool) from
the Edit menu by (I think), holding down the Shift key when clicking on the
Edit menu. It's all different in XL2007 so I can't confirm that.
