Sizing a form

I am looking for tips on how to size a form. My form is approx. 4.5" by 4.5",
however when I open the form it is the entire size of my screen. Is there a
way to keep the size of the window the same size of my form? I tried playing
with the "autosize", but I'm not having any luck.

Update: I figured out how to use the "Size to fit form" option. This
accomplishes what I need, however when I close the database the "Size to fit
form" is not saved. Is there a way to save this option permanently?

In design view there is a property for the form named "Auto Resize".
