can you tell me how to get a full sceen, i can in crease
and decrease, but I still can't get a full screen. (see
black around the frame)

Hover you mouse over the sides, top and bottom of the window to stretch the
window to full screen, then click File and then Close. Do not use the red X
to close the window this first time. This process works with IE, OE and
Window Explorer.

In the upper right-hand corner of each window there are three
icons: a dash, a square, and an X. Click the one in the middle,
the square, to toggle between windowed and full-screen.

Hi Kim,

The black border tells me it is a matter of adjusting your monitor. There
should be dials or buttons on the monitor case which allow you to do this,
it varies from monitor to monitor so, I can't tell you more.
